HPS founder, R. Chris Darling, was raised in Williamsburg, VA and received an undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA. He went on to Duke University in Durham, NC and earned a Master of Health Administration degree. Mr. Darling has more than 30 years of healthcare experience as a health system executive, practice manager, physician association executive director and consultant. Leveraging a comprehensive network of strategic business partners, Mr. Darling works with HPS clients to create the right solutions for their needs rather than trying to make "one size fit all".
